About Six Simple Steps Series

Helping UX Designers, Front-end Developers, Managers and Product owners

Checklists, work files and best-practices to save time during design phases.

Inspired by Mark Boulton's 5 Simple Steps book series, we wanted to document our design processes in a simple and easy to understand steps.

These guidelines have been derived from our extensive experience of 17 years in designing digital products for various business stakeholders and clients, addressing the daily challenges we encountered.

Most of the time, projects like website design fail because UX Designers, Front-end Developers, Managers and Product owners lack awareness about solving the right problems and making decisions out of egos.

Insufficient time and a lack of well-defined processes contribute to the tendency of teams to overlook critical aspects of the product design lifecycle, resulting in project failures and financial losses for businesses.
